RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICIES

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Sales and clearance items are non-refundable.
  • Jewelleries are not eligible for returns or replacement.

To request Return or Replacement contact our customer service at classyboutiquelimited@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive return

  • Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the item.

Ship the item back:

Once approved, please return the item using the original packaging or a secure box. Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer

If the item is being returned due to our error e.g. wrong item or size sent, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REPLACEMENTS

If products arrive defective or damaged, we offer free replacements.

Contact us within four days of receiving the item to initiate the replacement process.

We will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the damaged or defective product.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will proceed with the exchange once we receive the item. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the Original Payment method within 5-10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is entirely due to an error on our part.
