Cancellation
TIME BASED CANCELLATIONS
- Free cancellations within 24 hours: customers can cancel their orders free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations before Shipment: Cancellations are allowed anytime before the order has been shipped. If the customer changes their mind, they can return the product in accordance with the return policy.
NON-CANCELLABLE PRODUCTS
- Jewelleries cannot be cancelled or returned.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
- Modifications within 12 hours: Customers can request modifications (e.g. change of address , product swap etc) within 12 hours after placing the order.
- Modification Fee: Changes after this timeframe are subject to availability and a fee to cover processing or restocking costs.
CANCELLATION FEES
- Processing Fee for Cancellations: A nominal processing fee of 10% may apply for cancellations after a certain period to cover administrative costs.
- Restocking Fee: For physical products, a restocking fee may apply 15% if the order is cancelled after being packaged or prepared for shipment.
UNFORSEEN EVENTS
- Cancellations due to Unforeseen Events: Seller cannot fulfil the order due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, supply chain disruptions), the customer can either cancel the order for a full refund or accept a delayed delivery.
PAYMENT-RELATED CANCELLATIONS
- Failed payment: If payment is not successfully processed within a certain period of 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Refund timeframe: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 working days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
FOR SEASONAL OR SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
- Non-Cancellable Promotional Orders: Orders placed during special promotions, sales or holiday periods (e.g. Black Friday, Boxing Day) may not be cancelled.
