What materials are used in your products?

Our handbags are crafted from high-quality materials such as genuine leather, vegan leather and durable fabrics. Our jewellery is made from  metals, including sterling silver, gold-plated and stainless steel. Our scarves are produced from premium fabrics like pure silik, woo, cotton and satin. For nightgowns, we use soft breathable fabrics like satin, silk and cotton blends to ensure maximum comfort. 

How do I care for my handbags: We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth for fabric handbags and using a leather cleaner for leather products. 

Jewellery: We recommend to keep your jewellery shiny, avoid water exposure and clean with a soft cloth, 

Scarves: Most scarves should be hand-washed with mild detergent or dry cleaned. 

Nightgowns: Our nightgowns can typically be machine-washed on a gentle cycle, but always check the label for specific care instructions. 

What is your return policy? 

We offer a ten day return policy for all unworn and unused items. The items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more details. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Standard shipping within usually takes 5-7 working days. 

Do you ship internationally? 

No we don’t do International Shipping.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? 

You may modify or cancel your order with 24 hours of placing it by contacting us classyboutiquelimited@gmail.com. After this period, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes. Please review our Modification & Cancellation Policy for more details.
